What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When filling out forms, we collect data such as name, email, phone, and address. We do not share this information with none of our business partners nor do we sell contact information to other companies. We only use contact information to follow-up with you if you are interested in buying or selling a mobile home with us. We may also use your contact information to share updates when we have mobile homes for sale.

When providing an address to your mobile home, we use the information to do research to compare values of similar mobile homes. This helps us to make the best offer that will result in a win-win for all parties involved. The site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you received one of our mailers or postcards, your address was obtained from public records, outside of marketing our mobile home services, we do not share or use your information in any other way.
